10:30 - 11:30 am - Project Reveal / Kick-Off Presentation
11:30 - 12:30 pm - Lunch
1:00 - 3:00 pm - Students and Coaches bus tour of sites in Denver
6:30 pm - Coaches dinner with students

Dinner with your team
- Meet in Courtyard hotel lobby at 6:30 pm
- Make dinner reservations at restaurant of your choice
- Your Team Captain will be chosen at this dinner

Thursday, February 8th - Denver Convention Center - Workroom Location TBA
10:00 - 11:30 am - Coaches time in workroom with students
5:00 - 6:30 pm - Coaches time in workroom with students
Friday, February 9th - Denver Convention Center - Workroom Location TBA
8:00 - 10:00 am - Coaches time in workroom with students / AV presentation training

12:00 pm - Final flash drives must be turned in
12:00 - 2:00 pm - Student break - Lunch available in workroom

2:00 - 4:00 pm - Team presentations before live audience - Location TBA
Winner Announced - PCI Design Awards - Time & Location TBA
