The PCI Foundation Board of Trustees Has Chosen Tom Kelley As Its Chairman.

Leading the foundation in 2020 as Chairman is Sioux Falls, South Dakota-based Tom Kelley.

Kelley (pictured below) is President, Chairman of the Board and CEO of Gage Brothers Concrete Products.
