The 2019 Concrete Chefs topped attendance records and added several new chefs to the mix. This year the group included host Jim Voss of JVI along with veteran chefs Chuck Magnesio, JVI, Nancy Peterson, Encon United, Ted Coons, Spillman Form, and Dick Taylor (retired). New chefs added this year included Ray Clark of US Formliner, Mark Scott of Endicott, Jim Getaz of Shockey and Renee Cariveau.
More than 340 industry friends joined together for a fun night of food and camaraderie to raise more than $13,000 for the PCI Foundation.
