In what beautiful American city does a waterfall have something in common with a trash receptacle?

The cascading falls, in the center of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, home of Gage Brothers and incoming PCIF Chairman Tom Kelley.
While giving a group of us a tour of his town and new Gage Brothers facility, we stopped at Falls Park to see the waterfalls and surrounding park in the center of Sioux Falls. Then Tom told us the trash receptacle was also made of the same pink Sioux quartzite, a rose colored quartz, as the bedrock of the falls!
